a-z living

I am experiencing ali-fail at the moment and will not be a super-fabulous A-Z-winner this month. I'm gonna miss today (sorta) and tomorrow and yep, probably Monday! Because I'm living, people! And I'm just not super-fabulous enough to live and blog. At least, not this time. :)

So tomorrow, I'll be in Ephraim, Utah, at Snow College, presenting at the Write Here in Ephraim writer's conference. If you live anywhere in driveable distance I hope you'll come! There are lots of great classes being offered and of course I'd love to see you!

I'm teaching The Art of Novel Ninjutsu (TM) and Building a Bodacious Brand (TM). Should be lots of fun!

I thought I was mostly prepared, but home repairs have had me distracted and not terribly efficient. So now I'm running around like a crazy person trying to get everything done.

I feel super passionate about the topics I'm teaching and I want them to be the best I can make them. Wish me luck!

Also, thank you so very much to everyone who has taken the time to comment during this A-Z Challenge. It is my singular bloggie goal to visit each of your blogs and return the kindness you have shown me.

Have a wonderful weekend and I hope to see my Utah friends in Ephraim tomorrow!

You are forgiven, Ali. :D

Good luck. I'm guessing it's quite a distance from me, considering it's a two hour drive for me just to get to the Canadian border.

Yes, good luck and have fun. I'd love to attend but live in Florida.

Written so ali-quently. No sign of failure from where I stand. Best wishes. Jeff.

That's a worthy reason. Knock 'em dead with your Ninja brilliance, Ali!

Good luck with your presentations! You'll be great. :)

The A-Z challenge seems so fun/cool, but I'm always too daunted to do it because it's SO MUCH blogging, and I don't know if I'll be able to be amusing and/or informative so often. Haha. So kudos to you, and you're totally forgiven! Your life is so busy right now!

So yeah, what's with that whole blogging and having a super-busy life thing? Makes it a tad hard to find that ever elusive balance. But it's okay. Live. It leads to so much laughter and love and those things are worth living for.

Have a good time at the conference and I'm sure you'll do a wonderful job presenting :-0

You're exempted ... for helping fellow writers. ;-)

Happy A to Z!

Let's see, I believe from where I am at now to Utah is about 17 hours minimum, so can't join you!

If you get the time, you can blog from there with a different theme about the topics.

Stina ~ Another Canadian - awesome! I love your profile picture too, Stina. Thank you!

Shelly ~ I suppose I can forgive you. ;) Right about now (when it's 40 degrees and raining heavily, I wish I were in sunny Florida!)

ROFL Jeff! Your comment is perhaps one of the my favorite of all time. It reminds of my university days and the music school where I studied. I had a friend there (a brilliant pianist and composer) who made it his mission to discover all the ALI-words he could. There's be notes on the lounge door and slipped into my music folder with "ali-lujah" or "ali-ali-all-come-free", or "ali-babba" (my favorite). He even wrote a piece of music one time! (And no, he wasn't in love with me--he was just a good friend)

Sharkbytes ~ If you can do it, that'll be quite the accomplishment! You'd deserve an award for that, for sure!

Tasha ~ I, um. Kinda missed it too! (bad ninja! bad!) I hope prom was awesome!

Patti ~ Classes are done (successfully!) and the home repairs are underway! Yeah!

Alex ~ I was a good ninja on Saturday! Though, a true ninja never lets her sensei down--I have more training I must do!

Krispy! Thank you so much for visiting! And hey, you're the "don't go with the flow" girl, the "i am a rebel" girl. Which I totally love!

Thank you Angela! It was a lot of fun and I discovered I really do enjoy teaching!

Thanks LT! It was great!

Kate ~ Funny, there's a post on the dojo blog today about the importance of LIVING. So easy to forget the real life when we're busy writing about a virtual one! Thank you for visiting!

Linda ~ Hey! I didn't think of that way! Okay, now I don't feel so bad. Thank you!

Jeremy ~ head/desk That would have been a great idea! If only I'd read your comment sooner .... Thank you for visiting!

Thank you Carolyn!
