Krista asked, “How are you balancing family with writing?” and without further ado, here is my answer, via the vlog:

Krista is the author of The Orchard (Covenant Communications) available summer, 2011. She has a beauteous blog that I encourage all of you to visit.

Next weeks’ questions come courtesy of Marybeth Poppins. And so I will answer:

  • How many gnomes I have
  • Have I ever sung the Star Spangled Banner backwards … and …
  • If I were to come a cross a monkey wearing pink wellies and a floral hat, would we become friends.

I have answers my friends, I do!

If you would like your questions answered on my weekly vlog ask ali, just leave me a question in this comment trail or email me. No questions are off-limits, but of course, I might not answer 😉
When I answer your question, I will give you a shout-out on my blog all week long and on my vlog, twitter and FB on the day of your answer.
Come on out and play! It’s fun on the vloggy side 😉

Very good advice. I’ve got two little ones at home and I’ll start homeschooling next fall.

Can’t wait to hear how you answer Marybeth’s questions. lol!

CUTE!!! I love your Vlog and the ask Ali! You are right, writing needs to be looked at as a job. Or it won’t get done. =)

Awesome vlog and equally awesome advice!

And, I do have a question for you – what should happen next in my book? I don’t mean in general — I mean, I don’t know what’s supposed to happen next! Could you please tell me?? Okay, well, I take it back – maybe a general answer would still be helpful. :o) I have all these great ideas and I get these witty snippets of conversation going and scenes and such, but as far as WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING, I’m usually clueless…
